What Is Medication Assisted Therapy?
MAT is a proven, evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders. It works by reducing cravings, preventing withdrawal symptoms, and supporting long-term recovery through a combination of:
- Medication (e.g., Suboxone®/buprenorphine, naltrexone, or others)
- Mental health support from licensed providers
- Linkage to therapy, case management, or recovery coaching when needed
This integrated approach treats both the biological and behavioral aspects of addiction, increasing the chances of sustained recovery.

- Comprehensive assessment and diagnosis

Who We Serve
MAT services are currently only available to patients located in New Jersey. Due to federal regulations, we are unable to prescribe or manage MAT medications for patients residing outside of New Jersey at this time.
